Ethical Code. Principles of Social Responsibility / Business Ethics

Our Corporate Code of Conduct sets down the Enusa principles and rules of conduct for its workers, vendors, customers, partners, etc. and, in short, for its stakeholders.

Social Responsibility and Business Ethics play a very important role in this code. Both aspects are governed by a series of principles that are embodied in the strategic policy, objectives and daily activity of Enusa.

Principles of Social Responsibility

  1. Rejection of child labor and forced labor.
  2. Protection of the environment, health and occupational safety.
  3. Support for freedom of association.
  4. Non-discrimination.
  5. Sufficient pay for workers.
  6. Supplier relations based on the principles of this Code.
  7. Commitment to quality improvement.

Principles of Business Ethics

  1. Commitment to quality and safety.
  2. Accurate records.
  3. Opposition to commercial favors.
  4. Avoidance of conflicts of interest.
  5. Rejection of favoritism.
  6. Avoidance of fraud, theft and crimes against property.
  7. Prosecution and penalization of harassment in the workplace.
  8. Legitimate use of confidential or privileged information.
  9. Political and community activities. Public declarations.
  10. Prudent use of information and new technologies.

Our Code of Conduct has therefore been the first step on a road that has progressively led us to adopt the management philosophy and guidelines inhereint in Corporate Social Responsibility.
