Almost the entire staff
Enusa has an indefinite contract, and the temporary
contract rate is under. In addition, Enusa has a company
policy that establishes a commitment to equal opportunities
and non-discrimination among all its workers. Proof
of this is that, in recent years, the percentage of
women on the staff has been increasing.
Enusa is responsible to and with its employees and, to underline this commitment, it offers different social benefits and services to the whole staff, as well as a series of extra-wage allowances for meals and transportation.
The social benefits include the following:
- Flexible hours and reduced working hours to favor the reconciliation of family life and work
- A ccident insurance, and death and permanent or total disability insurance.
- A pension plan that can be voluntarily joined by all company workers with a recognized seniority of one year in the case of permanent employees and two years in the case of temporary employees.
- The company pays 50% of the amount of voluntary family medical insurance taken out with any company.
- Sick or accident leaves are not penalized, provided they are recognized by the center's Medical Service, and 100% of the salary is received.
- Permanent workers on the staff are entitled to receive a loan worth four monthly payments of their net salary.
- The company provides guarantees for workers on its staff to financial and credit firms for buying or remodeling homes.
Vocational Training and Development
Another concern of Enusa is the personal and professional development of its employees , and to address this issue it has a General Training and Development Plan. This plan is composed of:
- Compulsory Training: training actions required of our business and sector by national and international organizations.
- Reactive Training: training actions that individuals need to perform the functions of their job posts.
- Proactive Training: qualification actions for the development of skills and aptitudes needed by the personnel to successfully confront future challenges.
We also contribute to the training and introduction to the company of students and recent graduates through intern programs , collaborating with different schools of the Universities of Salamanca y Madrid, with post-grad training centers. In addition, we are a member of the advisory board for Master's degrees in the areas of quality and environment .
Occupational Health and Safety
For Enusa, a top priority is caring for and protecting the health and safety of all its workers . To this end, after enactment of the Industrial Risk Prevention Act (LPRL), Enusa set up the Joint Industrial Risk Prevention Service , which provides coverage to all its centers in the four legally established preventive specialties: industrial safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychology, and occupational medicine.
We are aware of the importance of training
our employees in these subjects and for this reason
industrial risk prevention courses are given, the results
of which are reflected in very low industrial
accident rates in comparison to the general national
rates and rates of companies belonging to the same industrial
sector, according to the National
Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE).
