In the Complaints Channel, the confidentiality of the complainant and of the reported party’s identity is guaranteed, in accordance with the terms established by the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. Its regulation is set out in the Complaints Channel Protocol.
The Action Protocol in the event of detecting any irregularities sets out the terms under which internal investigations are to be conducted.
