In the Whistleblowing Channel, the confidentiality of the complainant and of the reported party’s identity is guaranteed, in accordance with the terms established by the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. Its regulation is set out in the Whistleblowing Channel Protocol.
The Action Protocol in Case of Detection of Irregularities sets out the terms under wich internal investigations are to be conducted.
