Enusa Industrias Avanzadas, S.A., S.M.E. (ENUSA), a company belonging to the SEPI (Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales) Group, was incorporated in 1972 under the name of Empresa Nacional del Uranio, S.A. This name was maintained until 2000, when it was changed to the company’s current name. Its registered address is in 28040-Madrid, on Calle Santiago Rusiñol, 12, telephone 91 347 42 00, fax 91 347 42 15. It is registered in the Business Registry of Madrid in volume 12.390, section 8, book 0, page M-33690, and its Fiscal Identification Code is A28286375.

ENUSA provides access to its Website (hereinafter, the Site) under the terms of use indicated in this Legal Notice.

Access to or use of the Site gives you the status of user and implies your are fully aware and fully accept these terms of use without reservation.

Terms of Site Access and Use

ENUSA provides free access to and use of the Site, although it reserves the right to place conditions on access thereto and to modify the terms and conditions of use without prior notice.

The user agrees to use the Site properly and in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice, and to abstain from reproducing, copying, modifying or commercializing its contents, unless otherwise provided by Law or with the express consent of ENUSA.

The user warrants that any data provided to the Site are authentic and, in such a case, agrees to keep them updated and to assume responsibility for inaccuracies or false statements made.

The user is responsible for any damages that may be caused as a result of using the Site for purposes harmful to the interests of ENUSA or third parties.

Data Protection

In compliance with Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, ENUSA warrants the security and confidentiality of any personal data that may be provided by users.

Users agree to have their personal data incorporated into the automated file that ENUSA, as the party responsible for it, will treat confidentially and use exclusively for the purpose for which the data have been collected. ENUSA may delete the data if they are inaccurate or are no longer needed for the intended purpose.

On their part, users may withdraw the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting for this purpose the ENUSA address provided in this Legal Notice.

Site Links and Cookies

The Site provides search devices or links with other sites or contents that belong to third parties (hereinafter, linked sites); however ENUSA does not assume responsibility for the results the user may derive on accessing or using such sites.

When the user considers that a linked site contains illicit or improper contents, this may be made known to ENUSA without such notification entailing the obligation to cancel the link.

The existence of linked sites in no way presupposes that ENUSA has an agreement with the owners thereof or identifies with their contents.

To facilitate navigation the Site uses cookies, small data files that are stored on the user’s computer but without the possibility of reading the data from its hard drive. The information in these files is anonymous and, therefore, cannot be associated with any user or enable the identification thereof.

Links Introduced by Users

Users who introduce links from their own Websites into the ENUSA Site must observe the following conditions:

• The link shall only link to the ENUSA home page, but it shall not reproduce it in any way. Therefore, devices that provide access to Site contents via Internet addresses other than the Site addresses are forbidden.

• The site that makes the link shall contain no false, inaccurate or defamatory statements about ENUSA or its activities, employees, customers or shareholders, nor shall it provide or link to unlawful, threatening or immoral contents.

• Under no circumstance shall the site with the link claim that ENUSA provides or has provided its consent to insert the link or that it in any way sponsors or supports the services of the party introducing the link .

• Unless otherwise expressly authorized by Enusa, it is forbidden to use any brand or distinctive sign of ENUSA on the site of the party introducing the link.

Disclaimer

With respect to the contents of the Site, ENUSA is not liable for any damages that may occur to the user or to third parties as a result of actions or decisions made on the basis thereof.

With respect to quality of the information, ENUSA is not bound to control the existence of harmful computer elements or programs, nor is it liable for damages caused to user computer equipment during connection to the Site. The user is responsible in all cases for detection and disinfection thereof.

With respect to Site availability, ENUSA is not liable for damages of any kind caused to the user by any type of failure that impedes connection to the Site or causes its interruption or cancellation.

Notification of unlawful and improper activities

When users become aware that the linked sites refer to sites with unlawful, threatening, violent or immoral contents, they may provide notice to ENUSA without reception thereof implying that ENUSA is effectively aware of such contents notified by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the Information Society Services and E-Commerce Act.

Copyright

Access to the Site does not grant the user any rights to the brands, trade names and distinctive signs that appear therein. If the user in any way reproduces, distributes, commercializes or modifies the contents (texts, graphics, images, computer codes, etc.) without express permission, this shall constitute an infraction of copyright and patent rights, as it shall not be considered that the user has been granted any rights or powers above and beyond those required for use of the Site.

Jurisdiction and legislation

This Legal Notice is governed in full by Spanish Law. Any conflict stemming from the access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
