The company is going to implement a training program for the entire workforce, in collaboration with the LGTBI+ State Federation, to raise awareness of respect and equality and promote safe work spaces<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In line with its commitment to human rights and freedoms, Enusa joins the celebrations in commemoration of International Pride Day.<\/p>\n

The most visible gesture is the flag representative of the LGTBI community that the company flies in its three work centers in Madrid, Juzbado and Saelices as a sign of support, defense and respect for the freedom of all people, regardless of their gender identity and his sexuality. And the corporate image has been adapted on social networks and internal communication channels.<\/p>\n

The next action that Enusa is going to undertake, in collaboration with the LGTBI+ State Federation, is the implementation of a training program aimed at its entire staff, including its Management Committee, to prevent and combat discrimination based on diversity and sexual identity. Likewise, with the aim of building an inclusive work environment, other training will be given on safe work spaces where the impact that prejudices, stereotypes and unconscious biases can have in the workplace will be analyzed.<\/p>\n

Enusa works steadily for effective equality and diversity, highlighting Equality and Social Inclusion policies in its business strategy.<\/p>\n

It advances in the integration of social policies and values in its management to be a fair and equal company and maintains a solid commitment to an inclusive future for the people who work in the company, in which respect for the most fundamental human rights is a inalienable premise.<\/p>\n
