{"id":3026,"date":"2017-03-01T13:47:57","date_gmt":"2017-03-01T13:47:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.enusa.es\/?p=3026"},"modified":"2024-02-07T13:35:46","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T12:35:46","slug":"enusa-y-tecnatom-entregan-un-nuevo-sistema-en-china","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.enusa.es\/en\/enusa-y-tecnatom-entregan-un-nuevo-sistema-en-china\/","title":{"rendered":"ENUSA y Tecnatom entregan un nuevo sistema en China"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ENUSA y Tecnatom han completado la entrega de un nuevo sistema de inspecci\u00f3n de combustible irradiado para el SNPI (Suzhou Nuclear Power Research Institute), filial del grupo CGN (China General Nuclear), que operar\u00e1 en las centrales nucleares chinas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.enusa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SICOM-COR.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-3025\" src=\"http:\/\/www.enusa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SICOM-COR-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"267\" \/><\/a>El suministro de este equipo se engloba en el marco de colaboraci\u00f3n en el que ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas vienen cooperando desde los a\u00f1os \u201990, fruto del cual se ha desarrollado una familia completa de equipos de inspecci\u00f3n para la caracterizaci\u00f3n de elementos y barras combustibles PWR y BWR. En este caso concreto, el equipo entregado es un SICOM-COR para la medida de corrosi\u00f3n de las barras perif\u00e9ricas de los elementos combustibles, as\u00ed como para la realizaci\u00f3n de una inspecci\u00f3n visual de los mismos. Este equipo permite determinar la capa de \u00f3xido sobre la barra combustible con una gran precisi\u00f3n utilizando t\u00e9cnicas de corrientes inducidas. Se trata de un sistema de inspecci\u00f3n ligero y de f\u00e1cil instalaci\u00f3n en los racks de la piscina de combustible. El equipo entregado incorpora asimismo un nuevo desarrollo que permite realizar la metrolog\u00eda de varios par\u00e1metros del combustible mediante t\u00e9cnicas visuales con una elevada precisi\u00f3n. Este desarrollo, basado en visi\u00f3n artificial, supone un salto tecnol\u00f3gico que posiciona el equipo SICOM-COR en el estado del arte tecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los equipos de la familia SICOM de inspecci\u00f3n de combustible han sido dise\u00f1ados y fabricados con tecnolog\u00eda propia de las dos compa\u00f1\u00edas, siendo validados en plantas nucleares a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>La inspecci\u00f3n y caracterizaci\u00f3n de combustible irradiado permite garantizar la operaci\u00f3n segura del combustible, optimizar la econom\u00eda del ciclo, localizar y caracterizar fallos en el combustible, determinar la causa ra\u00edz de un combustible fallado y evaluar los modelos de comportamiento del combustible. Del mismo modo, estos equipos permiten realizar la caracterizaci\u00f3n del combustible de cara a su posterior gesti\u00f3n en los ATI o el ATC.<\/p>\n<p>Tecnatom y ENUSA contin\u00faan consolidando su colaboraci\u00f3n en el desarrollo de tecnolog\u00edas de inspecci\u00f3n de combustible, tanto fresco como irradiado. Fruto de esta colaboraci\u00f3n ambas empresas vienen prestando servicios y suministrando equipos de inspecci\u00f3n de combustible nuclear en Espa\u00f1a, B\u00e9lgica, China, Brasil, Argentina, Finlandia, Suecia o Francia.[:en]ENUSA and Tecnatom have concluded the delivery of a new spent fuel inspection system for the Suzhou Nuclear Power Research Institute (SNPI), an affiliated company of the China General Nuclear Group (CGN), which will operate at the Chinese nuclear power plants.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.enusa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SICOM-COR.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-3025\" src=\"http:\/\/www.enusa.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/SICOM-COR-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"379\" height=\"285\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The supply of this equipment takes place within the collaboration framework within which both companies have been cooperating since the 1990s, and as a result of which a whole range of inspection equipment for the characterization of PWR and BWR fuel items and rods has been developed.<\/p>\n<p>In this specific case, the equipment delivered is a SICOM\u2010COR for measuring the corrosion of the peripheral rods of the fuel items, as well as for carrying out a visual inspection of them. This equipment allows to determine with a high level of precision the layer of rust over the fuel rod making use of induced currents. It is a light inspection system, which can be easily installed in the racks of the spent fuel pool.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the equipment supplied includes a new development which allows to measure a number of fuel parameters through high precision visual techniques. This development, which is based on artificial vision, entails a technological leap which makes the SICOM-COR equipment the state of the art technology.<\/p>\n<p>All the products from the SICOM range for fuel inspection have been designed and manufactured with technology developed by both companies, and have been validated at nuclear plants all over the world.<\/p>\n<p>The inspection and characterization of the spent fuel makes possible to guarantee the safe handling of the fuel, optimize the cycle, localize and define defects in the fuel, determine the root cause of a failed fuel, and evaluate the fuel behavior models. In the same way, this equipment allows to carry out the characterization of the fuel for its later handling at the ATIs or the ATC.<\/p>\n<p>Tecnatom and ENUSA keep consolidating their collaboration in the development of fuel inspection technologies, both for fresh and spent fuels.
