| Licenciado en Derecho y Diplomado en Ciencias Empresariales, por la Universidad Pontifica de Comillas (ICADE). Diplomado en Comercio Exterior por ICADE; Diplomado en Derecho Comunitario por el Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales; Master en Asesoría Jurídica por el Instituto de Empresa.
Auditor de cuentas. Miembro del Registro Oficial de Auditores de Cuentas. Inició su carrera profesional en Deloitte, Haskins & Sells siendo Gerente en el departamento de Auditoría hasta su incorporación en Enusa Industrias Avanzadas, S.A. en 1986 como Letrado Asesor. Desde el año 2006 es Director de Asesoría Jurídica y Secretario de su Consejo de Administración, puesto que compatibiliza con el de miembro del Órgano de Administración y Secretario del Consejo de diversas sociedades participadas por ENUSA. |
