LEGAL NOTICE

ENUSA Industrias Avanzadas, S.A., S.M.E. (ENUSA), a company belonging to the SEPI group (Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales), was incorporated in 1972 under the name of Empresa Nacional del Uranio, S.A. This name was maintained until the year 2000, when it was changed to the current one. Its registered office is at 28040-Madrid, calle Santiago Rusiñol, 12, telephone 91 347 42 00, fax 91 347 42 15. It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid in volume 12,390, section 8, book 0, page M-33690 and has Tax Identification Code A28286375.

ENUSA offers access to its website (hereinafter, the Site) under the conditions of use indicated in this Legal Notice.

Access to or use of the Site confers the status of user and implies knowledge and full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Conditions of access and use of the Site

Access to the Site and its use are free and unrestricted, although ENUSA reserves the right to condition access to it and to modify the conditions and terms of its use, without prior notice.

The user undertakes to use the Website correctly and in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice, abstaining from reproducing, copying, modifying and commercialising its contents except in cases authorised by law or with the express consent of ENUSA.

The user guarantees the authenticity of the data that he/she may communicate to the Site and, in this case, undertakes to keep them up to date, taking responsibility for any inaccuracies or false statements that he/she may make.

The user is liable for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of the use of the Site for purposes that are harmful to the interests of ENUSA or third parties.

Links and cookies on the Site

The Site provides links or search devices to other pages or contents that are the property of third parties (hereinafter referred to as linked sites), but ENUSA accepts no responsibility for the results that may be derived by the user from accessing or using such sites.

When the user considers that a linked site has unlawful or inappropriate content, he/she may inform ENUSA of this fact, without this notification entailing the obligation to cancel the link.

The existence of linked sites does not presuppose for ENUSA any agreement with the owners of the same, nor does it imply identification with their contents.

To facilitate browsing, the Site uses cookies, small data files, which are stored on the user's computer, but without the possibility of reading the data on the user's hard drive. The information in these files is anonymous, so it cannot be associated with any user and does not allow identification.

Introduction of links by the user

Users who enter links from their own website to the ENUSA website must comply with the following conditions:

  1. The link only links to the ENUSA home page, but will not reproduce it in any way. Therefore, any devices that allow access to the contents of the Site through Internet addresses other than those of the ENUSA Site are prohibited.
  2. The page that establishes the link may not make any type of false, incorrect or biased statement about ENUSA and its activities, employees, clients or shareholders, nor may it provide or link to contents that are illicit, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs.
  3. Under no circumstances may it be expressed on the page with the link that ENUSA provides or has provided its consent for the inclusion of the link or that it in any way sponsors or supports the services of the sender.

Unless expressly authorised by ENUSA, it is not permitted to use, within the sender page, any trademark or distinctive sign of ENUSA.

Exclusion of liability

With regard to the contents of the Site, ENUSA accepts no liability for any damages that may be caused to the user or to third parties as a result of the actions or decisions taken on the basis of the same.

With regard to the quality of the information, Enusa does not undertake to control the existence of harmful elements or computer programs, nor does it accept responsibility for any damage caused to users' computer equipment during connection to the Site. The user is responsible, in any case, for their detection and disinfection.

With respect to the availability of the Site, ENUSA accepts no liability for damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of any type of failure that prevents connection to the Site or causes its interruption or cancellation.

Communication of activities of an illicit and inappropriate nature

When the user becomes aware that the linked sites refer to pages with content that is unlawful, harmful, violent or contrary to morality, he/she may inform ENUSA of this fact, without this receipt of such information implying that ENUSA has actual knowledge of the contents communicated by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Intellectual and industrial property

Access to the Site does not grant the user any rights over the trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs that appear on the Site. Any type of reproduction, distribution, commercialisation or modification of the contents (texts, graphics, images, computer codes, etc.) carried out by the user that has not been expressly authorised constitutes an infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, and no rights or powers beyond those necessary for the use of the Site may be understood to have been granted to the user.

Jurisdiction and legislation

This Legal Notice is governed in its entirety by Spanish Law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
