The ENUSA Group is made up of Enusa Industrias Avanzadas S.A., S.M.E, Emgrisa and ETSA. Together, they make up the triple aspect of business that this business group serves: Nuclear Business (Enusa), Environmental Business (Emgrisa) and Logistics Business (Etsa)

Enusa Industrias Avanzadas S.A., S.M.E. (Enusa) is the parent company and focuses its nuclear business on the first part of the fuel cycle that it markets both nationally and internationally.

Enusa supplies enriched uranium to the electricity companies that own the Spanish nuclear power plants. It manages uranium purchasing, conversion and enrichment services, and the logistics of uranium movements from its place of origin to the delivery of enriched uranium to fuel factories.

It also deals with the mechanical, thermomechanical, nuclear and thermohydraulic design of nuclear fuel. Likewise, and upon customer demand, it carries out the core design and refill safety analysis in which its fuel engineering has nearly thirty years of experience in fuel design and licensing in various European countries.

The manufacturing and supply of fuel elements for pressurized water (PWR) and boiling water (BWR) nuclear power plant reactors is carried out from its facility in Juzbado (Salamanca), commissioned in 1985.

Emgrisa is its own media and technical service of the General State Administration and the state public sector, according to Law 30/2007 on Public Sector Contracts, since May 11, 2009.

It carries out the comprehensive management of shipments of dangerous goods, especially radioactive goods for medical use, nuclear and chemicals.
