The Board of Directors of SEPI has approved today, Thursday, July 28, the Strategic Plan of the ENUSA Group for the period 2021-30. This is a plan that establishes the bases of the Group's strategy for the future.

Given the scheduled closure of the Spanish nuclear power plants, the document includes the set of decisions and actions with which the ENUSA Group will lay the foundations for the next ten years. The objective of the new strategy is to consolidate, at a national and international level, as a company specialized in nuclear engineering services, waste management and the dismantling of nuclear facilities.

The 2021-30 Strategic Plan includes the strategic initiatives and projects that will allow the ENUSA Group to adapt, ensure its continuity as a company and, at the same time, grow. In the document, the new realities and challenges that must be faced are assumed, while the path and growth objectives until 2030 are indicated.

The strategy recently approved by SEPI represents a significant economic effort that will also require the effort and commitment of the entire ENUSA Group.

The internationalization process is basic in the Group's business strategy. The exploration of new markets and the undertaking of new initiatives will be essential objectives in the next 10 years.

Dismantling represents a realistic line of business that fits with the principles of the ENUSA Group. The commitment to sustainability, the recovery of spaces for the environment also demonstrate the commitment of a public company to society. They also represent an example of capacity for business transformation and evolution, consistent with the closure schedule of nuclear power plants programmed by the Government.

This Plan includes the strategies that the ENUSA Group has been working on for 8 months and that will become new lines of business, ensuring the future for the next 10 years.

Soon, the communication actions contemplated in a Communication Plan prepared especially to publicize the details and initiatives of this Strategic Plan will begin.
